17-July                  Jamat Ul-Vida
Jamat-ul-Vida is a special and holy festival which every year falls a day, before the end of Ramzan month. On this day Muslim people perform special prayer (in addition to their regular Friday prayers) by reciting their Holy Quran for whole day. According to the Islamic cultures and traditions every Friday of the week becomes a special day, source of blessing and salvation. Jamat-ul-Vida is also known as the Jummat-al-Wida which indicates good wishes of holy Quran.

18-Jul                 Rath Yatra
Rath Yatra or Car Festival of Puri jagannath (lord shiva), commences on the 18th July 2015, Saturday and Return Car Festival or' Bahuda Jatra' falls on 26th July 2015. Also known as Chariot Festival, this is one of the most awaited Hindu festivals of the state (odisha) as well as the country. The celebration of this day starts much earlier that comprises the construction and decoration of the Raths or Chariot by numerous devotees & volunteers.

18-July                  Ramzan Id/Eid-ul-Fitar
Eid al-Fitr, also called Feast of Breaking the Fast, the Sugar Feast, Bayram (Bajram), the Sweet Festival and the Lesser Eid, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). The religious Eid is a single day during which Muslims are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan.
